On July 9th, Fota Wildlife Park in Cork will host a fundraising Twilight Walk for BUMBLEance, the Children’s National Ambulance Service. The walk will take place from 6.30pm to 8.30pm (last entry is 6.45pm) and the cost of entry on the night will be €10 per adult and €5 per child with 100% of the proceeds going directly towards BUMBLEance.
Speaking at the launch of the Twilight Walk, Director of Fota Wildlife Park, Sean McKeown said, “We are delighted to be able to host the special Twilight Walk in aid of BUMBLEance again in the wildlife park, now in its third year running at the wildlife it has become a special evening in our calendar. As Fota Wildlife Park is a not-for-profit organisation, we understand the tremendous effort charities put into their fundraising throughout the year and we are thrilled to support such a wonderful cause. Thanks to volunteers from both Fota Wildlife and BUMBLEance, who give up their time freely for the event, we are able donate 100% of the proceeds from the Twilight Walk to BUMBLEance.”
