East Cork co-author promotes ‘The Power of Small’

Rather than waiting for the big life-changing moments, which more often than not never happen, The Power of Small shows you how to take manageable steps to change your life, one decision at a time – emphasising self-compassion as a means to gently expand your comfort zone and open up new horizons.

Co-author Aisling Leonard-Curtin was born and grew up between Midleton and Castlemartyr. Her parents and most of her extended family still live in East Cork and she travels home regularly.

‘The Power of Small’ was launched at Waterstones Cork last week, with more than 90 people in attendance – and all copies sold out, with more to required (and on their way back to the Rebel county from the Dublin launch!). ‘The Power of Small’  made the Sunday Times Bestseller list at number 10 last week.
