In conversation with Midleton’s Teresa McCormack, Neuro-Muscular Physical Therapist


Teresa McCormack is used to hearing the word ‘ow’. Happily, within minutes, it’s usually followed by the word ‘aaah.’ And then… ‘That’s much better.’ As a fully qualified Neuro-Muscular Physical Therapist, Teresa targets the root cause of pain and, through the use of neuro-muscular techniques (as well as an uncanny, untaught ability to find and target pain pathways) alleviates it.

A fourth generation Midletonian, for years Teresa was known in the area as ‘That Karate Girl.’ A fourth Dan Black Belt and Irish champion, who was represented her country at international level, her passion for Karate has been unwavering since the age of 12.
